By accessing and using UPGIX ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
UPGIX provides business management software for trade professionals in the United Kingdom, including customer management, job scheduling, invoicing, and payment processing features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Service, or using the Service for illegal purposes.
UPGIX is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
